We first came across Châteauform’ when we were looking for a more intimate location for a client’s seminar in Paris a few years ago. We wanted to find something special where a small group of around 30-40 people would not feel lost as they might in a large hotel.

We found the City Monceau Vélasquez, a beautiful private mansion and a real gem in the heart of Paris. With its small meeting rooms, lounges, salons and dining rooms it is ideal for groups up to approximately 40 people. Both the architecture and the décor are special, with lots of travel souvenirs from exotic places collected by a 19th century traveller.

This is how we got to know the unique concept of Châteauform’: Each of their venues is looked after by a host couple who lives onsite. They treat your meeting participants as their personal guests and make them feel at home, providing spaces for work, communication, reflection and relaxation at the same time.

Such exclusive venues are for most people a once in a lifetime experience and having this associated with your message will be more memorable than a similar event at a hotel chain or conference facility.

Built on this concept Châteauform’ are offering special venues in the centre of large cities, historical venues and, for larger meetings, university-like campuses. They started off in France and now also have venues in Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
