Grand Elysée Hotel, Hamburg, Germany

With 30 function rooms the Grand Elysée Hotel is one of Hamburg’s biggest event hotels. It offers ample space for big events. But it is also an elegant venue for smaller events like exclusive customer dinners and receptions.

We booked this hotel when our client asked us to find a venue suitable for an exclusive customer reception. They wanted an elegant location close to the Conference Center Hamburg (CCH) so their guests would just have a short walk after having spent their day at a conference.

The room we chose was the “Oval Office” named, of course, after its oval shape. The room has its own bar and kitchen, which makes it easy to serve your guests exclusively. Depending on seating requirements the room can accommodate up to 54 people in banquet style and up to 80 for a stand-up reception.

The “pièce de résistance” is the large window front. With the room being on the sixth floor you have a spectacular view over Hamburg. Weather permitting you can also use the private terrace and enjoy some fresh air.

Located just a few steps away from the Dammtor train station, the hotel is easily reachable by car or public transport. Close to the city centre, but surrounded by lush parks and not far from the famous Alster, this exquisite five-star hotel offers the best of both worlds: pulsating city life and relaxing nature in immediate proximity.
