Platzl Hotel, Munich, Germany

I haven’t used this venue yet but looked at the Platzl Hotel recently to assess it for an event.

It is a small family-owned hotel in the heart of Munich’s old city centre, just steps away from the world-renowned Hofbräuhaus.

The proximity to Hofbraühaus may be an argument to organize an event in this hotel. After all, as international travelers you and your guests might very well like to have an after-work beer or two in the “world’s most famous tavern” as they like to call themselves.

The Platzl Hotel however has its very own beautiful authentic charm. It radiates a warm and cosy atmosphere which instantly gives you a welcoming feeling.

The six meeting rooms exhibit a lovely balance of traditional Bavarian décor, with lots of wood, but with modern stylistic elements. Depending on the requirements they offer space for small exclusive meetings, for about 10 people, or for bigger events, up to 120 people.

So if you would like to immerse your event guests in a local Bavarian atmosphere with elegant accents, this is a very attractive location for your event.
