Käfer Stuben, Munich, Germany

Exclusive luxury and extraordinarily special, this sums up Käfer Stuben. This is one of my favourite venues in Munich when it comes to fine private dining events that we organize for our clients and their guests.

The Käfer Stuben are located in the up-market Munich district of Bogenhausen, a little outside the city centre but still easily reachable by car or public transport.

The fourteen so-called “Stuben”, or lounges, are very elegant private dining rooms, each of a different style but all equally cozy: e.g. modern Bavarian style in white and blue colours combined with wood, hunter’s lodge character with dark wood, romantic white with a spectacular crystal chandelier, just to name a few.

The rooms can accommodate between 4 and approximately 30 people for a sit-down dinner, so are ideal for exclusive dinners for a selected group of guests or to entertain an individual client.

Some of these rooms can be combined by opening up connecting double doors, so you can have a standing apéritif in one room and dinner in the adjacent room.

And this is exactly what we did for a client dinner where in fact we ended up welcoming 32 attendees even though our client had hoped to receive between 20 and 25 registrations.

Last but not least, food and service were excellent, so you can be sure your clients can enjoy a wonderful evening.
